San Diego Zoo

Every day, more than 15,000 animals across the San Diego Zoo and San Diego Zoo Safari Park depend on receiving the right food at the right time. ServiceNow developed a platform that tracked every meal—from the nutritionist who created each diet, to the warehouse that prepared it, and finally to the animal that received it. The result was a seamless, end-to-end system that gave keepers confidence, improved accuracy, and helped support the health and well-being of every animal in their care.

Beyond the technology, what stayed with me was witnessing the extraordinary dedication of the people behind it all. Spending time with the keepers and seeing these remarkable animals up close was both humbling and inspiring.

I partnered with writer-director Harry Cocciolo and Producer Julie Costanzo to tell their story—capturing how thoughtful technology can quietly enable extraordinary work.
